Sun King Discs, DGA, and Cruiseworld of Tampa is proud to announce a unique 4 night cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Sovereign of the Seas that is sure to appeal to disc sports nuts everywhere.

Sailing out of Port Canaveral, the ship will stop at Royal Caribbean's private island CocoCay for a one day disc golf tournament played with DGA's new portable baskets, the Mach-Lites. The ship then sails to Nassau for a long, leisurely day stay. On Nassau, there's a park a short ten minute walk from the ship prime for some spontaneous Ultimate.

Onboard there will be plenty of fun activities hosted by Women's World Champions Juliana Korver and Des Reading, along with their husbands Shawn Sinclair and Jay Reading.

The initial cruise tournament scheduled for December 4-9, 2006 sold out quickly, so we've added a second cruise the following week, December 11-15, 2006. The second tournament is beginning to fill and will include 11 Time World Champion, Ken Climo as a competitor.

The tournament is intended to be very fun and casual with all water being play it where you find it without penalty. With enough interest we could create a separate lids-only division!
