Get in good with Jon, Nathan, and Jeff

It's that time again! This Saturday, August 27, Jeff, Jon & I will be throwing a work day at our place at 6th and Oak Streets in Old Louisville.

Assuming clear weather, we'll concentrate on the exterior of the place--scraping, priming, and painting. We'll also do some wood repair for the carpentry inclined. The rain-out plan will involve interior entertainment: scraping paint in the tavern, hanging drywall in the attic, and other general enjoyment.

As always, we'll have pizza and drinks midday, and barbequeables and beer in the evening. There might even be beer midday for you thirsty dogs.

You're allowed to decide last-minute whether or not to come, but if you know you're coming, give us a shout.

If you haven't been before, just come to the intersection of 6th and Oak Streets, and find the odd-looking diamond in the rough on the SE corner. We'll be working from about 9 to 6.

Now listen, every time we have one of these, people have a great time and say, "When are you doing this again?" We struggle to keep up with the demand for free fun, food, and honest work. Just understand what's going on here: we're giving the people what they want.

Cheers,
