LUFA Co-ed Fall League 2011 Registration - Reboot | Louisville Ultimate Frisbee Association

Dates: Sundays 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM September 18 to November 13th.
Cost: $40 Single Registration, $70 Male-Female Dual Registration

Location: Champions Park
After completing this registration form you will be automatically directed to the payment site. If you have already completed a registration form, please click here so you do not duplicate a registration. You will be required to register with the LUFA store before you will be able to pay.

For online payment, you will need to:

1. Register with the LUFA store
2. Make your online payment in order to be properly registered.

If you prefer cash or check payment, you can do this on the first day of league. The beauty of double headers is that would-be deadbeats have more than enough time to drive to an ATM and still make the second game. Not joking.

For in-person payment, you will need to:
1.      Complete the registration form
2.      IGNORE the online payment page following your registration.
3.      Show up twenty minutes early on September 10th with 40 bucks in cash. Not 40 bucks of promises, excuses, or appeals to friendship, but legal tender for all debts public and private.

Being a team captain means making all or nearly all of the games, checking your e-mail on a daily basis, being unafraid to e-mail info and pep to your team, being moderately familiar with ultimate and LUFA leagues, and smiling a lot. Being a super awesome player, while encouraged, is not required.
