Nashville Ultimate is hosting a one-day savage tournament at Warner Park Saturday, April 2. Format:* SOTG (flip the disc if a call is contested for more than 30 secs)* Captain's choice -- 2 pt line at brick or at midfield* no halftime* no byes* games to 15 pts* open format -- genders do not have to match* two timeouts per team per game/no time outs once the soft cap goes onTo encourage play by all while maintaining a competitive balance, each team is allowed up to two subs if the team has two or more women on its squad. For example, seven males + one female is okay; seven males + two females is okay. But a roster of seven males is capped at seven. Three or more women on one squad = roster cap at nine.Cost per team is $70. ALL PROCEEDS GO TO NASHVILLE ULTIMATE MACHINE.To keep costs down, we'll have only bananas and water at the fields.
