Saturday Pickup gamesHey Troy here, I am new to the area and was looking for some ultimate action. I saw you guys have Wednesday and Saturday pick up games. Do I need to do anything to be allowed to come play in some of the Saturday pick up games, because I am really despereate for some frisbee at this point in my summer. =) Hope to see some of you guys out on the field in the near future. Saturday Pickup
Hi,
Saturday pickup at 2pm is in need of one or two new coordinators. Meghin set up the field last year for pickup but this summer she is frequently out of town. A lot of people have expressed interest in Saturday pickup but it seems that so far there have been a lack of cones for a field. If you are planning on making a majority of Saturdays and you know how to set up an Ultimate field please contact me. I will give some cones to one person so that they may facilitate pickup at Seneca.
Thanks,
Hobart
Saturday pick-up: 2 PM Seneca
Pick-up is certainly just what the name says - anyone is welcome. I won't be able to make the summer games since I'll be at tournaments with co-ed, but if someone else is able to bring cones, all interested participants should meet at Seneca Park (usually between the softball fields) at 2 PM on Saturdays. I may be able to make it this weekend but it will be the last time for a long stretch (SMUT, Swill, Bloomington, etc..)
Saturday Pickup
As far as I know Saturday afternoon pickup at Seneca is an open invitation for anyone to play Ultimate. I was out there a few times last year and it was a blast. The game is held in Seneca Park at 1 or 2 PM, I am not sure. There have been a lot of people asking about summer pickup in Louisville, emailing and walking up to practice on tuesdays. Currently, Saturday afternoon at Seneca is the best option. Wednesday play is all league until August, registration is closed. See you on the field!
